- 3 eggs
- 100 g brown sugar
- 2 sachets vanilla sugar
- 150 ml sunflower oil
- 200 ml natural joghurt
- 50 g corn starch
- 150 g all-purpose flour
- 1 sachet baking powder
- zest of one organic lime
Mix eggs at high speed until they become foamy. Combine sugar and vanilla sugar and add it gradually. Keep mixing for another 5-7 minutes.
Reduce the speed of your mixer and slowly add oil and yoghurt. Also add the lime zest.
Sieve the flour with baking powder and corn starch in a bowl and add it to the mixture above. Put your mixer at very slow speed while doing this.
Grease the bundt cake mold with some melted butter and distribute the batter evenly. Hit gently with the mold on the table such that the dough spreads equally.
Bake the cake in the preheated oven for approximately 30 minutes at 180°C. Before you take it out of the oven, test it with a wooden spit: prick the cake and check if no dough is sticking to it. Your cake is done!
